QUALIFICATION:

CS Executive / Professional

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

  1. Setting up of business in India by Indians / Foreign Companies / Foreign Nationals;

  2. Preparation and filings of various documents for the Corporate Actions under the Companies Act, 2013;

  3. Conducting Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings;

  4. Filing of Financial Statements & various returns with the Registrar of companies;

  5. Due Diligence & Shareholders Agreements;

  6. Secretarial Audit;

  7. Preparation and filings of the various documents under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999;

  8. Registration and compliances under various legislations viz. Labour Department, PAN & TAN, GST & Professional Tax Registration; and

  9. Preparation and Filings Various Appeals / Petitions before NCLT.

STIPEND:

Rs. 10,000/- will be paid to the Executive Passed Candidates and Rs. 1,000/- will be incremented for each group cleared in the Final.

Rs. 15,000/- will be paid for those who passed Professional Examination.
